SAN DIEGO, June 4, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that its Defense & Rocket Support Services (DRSS) Division is a key member of the INDUS Technology team that was recently awarded an $8.9 million contract by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport.
Under the single award contract, Kratos will provide technical and administrative services to the Code 20 Detachment in Hawaii in support of the MK 30 Mobile Target program and the Vertical Launch System (VLS). Technical services include inspection, integration, test and repair of MK 30 targets, test equipment, and target handling and launch equipment.
