StrikeForce Technologies Awarded Patent for Keystroke Encryption

Edison, NJ (October 22nd, 2013) – StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (SFOR.OB), a company that specializes in Cyber Security solutions for the prevention of Cyber Theft and Data Breaches, announced today that it has been awarded Patent No. 8,566,608 for “Methods and apparatus for securing keystrokes from being intercepted between the keyboard and a browser,” from the United States Patent Trademark Office.

“We are excited about receiving the patent for keystroke encryption and StrikeForce will do whatever is necessary to protect it,” says Mark L. Kay, CEO of StrikeForce. “This keystroke encryption patent has ground breaking implications for our company, and Cyber Security. This new patent is comprehensive; it covers computers, smart phones and tablets, with any type of keyboard. This patent also adds to our growing patent portfolio of three patents, with four more pending. We now own two of the most significant patents (Keystroke Encryption and Out-of-Band Authentication) in the Cyber Security space; this greatly increases the valuation and assets of the Company.”

“There are now over three billion computers and smart phones connected to the internet, and it’s growing exponentially every day. Hackers and cyber-thieves know this and are taking advantage of the lack of strong keystroke encryption technologies available, especially for smart phones and tablets. That’s why data breaches and cyber theft have become the fastest growing crime in the world. We see this as a tremendous opportunity for StrikeForce with our keystroke encryption technology, which can now be purchased and included to protect consumers, governments and enterprises utilizing desktop and mobile devices, especially in the growing international mobile market,” continues Kay.

The timing of this patent coincides perfectly with StrikeForce’s recently announced two new mobile products (MobileTrust® and GuardedID® Mobile SDK). Both products include our newly patented keystroke encryption technology and should be available within the next sixty to ninety days. MobileTrust will be available for both consumers and corporations through Apple’s App store and Google’s Play store, and the GuardedID Mobile SDK will be available to the Apple and Android mobile application developer community. “Developers across all industries will be able to now build our ‘one-of-a-kind’ Keystroke Encryption software development kit (SDK) into their mobile applications,” says Mark L. Kay, CEO of StrikeForce. “Keystroke Encryption is an extremely critical security technology, which plays a major role in preventing the most widespread malware

from stealing confidential information from mobile devices, unlike your anti-virus products.”

“StrikeForce already has received strong interest for our GuardedID Mobile SDK in the financial, healthcare and telecommunications markets. In summary, StrikeForce sees unlimited potential based on our newly granted keystroke encryption patent, which should add significant revenues in 2014,” says Kay.
