Stakeholder holds 100% ownership of 1,140 contiguous mineral claims covering 22,700 hectares and spanning 20 km of the Coffee Mine Project’s “Northern Access Route (NAR)”, which is being developed through the geographical center of the White Gold District of the Yukon Territory, Canada. Stakeholder also maintains in good standing 10 claims located inside the adjacent Coffee Mine Project, which is being developed by Talamore Mining Corp. (TSX-V: TALA). These combined claim holdings are referred to collectively as the Ballarat Gold-Copper Project (“Ballarat”). Within the Company’s contiguous claim holdings, Stakeholder is advancing exploration on the Skye Gold Zone and the Loki Copper Zone – two compelling exploration targets separated by some 8 km, prospective for new gold and copper discoveries respectively, on either side of the Northern Access Route (NAR), in the heart of the White Gold District.

INTERVIEW TRANSCRIPTS:
WSA: Good day from Wall Street, this is Juan Costello, Senior Analyst with the Wall Street Analyzer. Joining us today is Christopher Berlet, CEO over at Stakeholder Gold Corporation. The company trades on the TSX Venture SRC, and on the OTCQX—SKHRF. Thanks for joining us today there, Chris.
Christopher Berlet: Hi, Juan. Great to be here.
WSA: So, yeah, our last interview was on August 7th, about a month back
And you’ve had 3 announcements that you released since then that are pretty significant. Before we get into those, can you provide a brief intro there of the company?
Christopher Berlet: Yeah, we have a ground position in the center of the White Gold District to the Yukon territory. It’s probably… it’s really one of the best copper gold discovery districts in the world these days. The companies there are performing extremely well. They’re building mines, and some of the biggest gold and base metal companies in the world have invested around there.
It’s a great place, great jurisdiction. We have ground in the middle of it that was staked back in 2006 when the whole area was staked. And this year, one of the announcements that we’re going to discuss is they’re building the road right through the center of our claims.
It’s going to be about 20 kilometers from the north to the south through the center of our claims. That’ll provide a big logistical advantage to the company. And it’s opening up the district for rapid development of these great gold and copper mines that are being discovered and now developed there.
WSA: Perfect, yeah. So can you bring us up to speed on the most recent exciting announcement regarding the Loki critical mineral zone and the Ballarat project there?
Christopher Berlet: Yeah, so we drilled 10 holes. We drilled just over 2,000 meters this year. The costs for this drilling will reduce very significantly next year with the road, is our expectation.
So the road permit was announced this week by Talamore Mining, and they’re going to make a very significant investment in development of that road down through our property, which will provide a whole bunch of benefits for us. Now, the 10 holes we drilled were on two different target zones, one to the south was what’s called Loki Copper.
And then to the north, we drilled 9 holes into gold targets, into four different gold targets. We’ve reported so far on the Loki hole, the rest of the assays for gold are much slower in coming. And the Loki Target, it’s large, it’s kind of like a new geological formation in the White Gold District. It’s an ultramafic intrusive, and it carries copper but also nickel and cobalt and platinum and palladium. So that’s the significance of it. It’s a very large structure. It’s about 35 kilometers long that we have this, we identify this ultra magnific intrusive trend maybe 2 to 4 kilometers wide, it pinches and swells a little bit.
We drilled a 488 meter hole and we saw this mineralization throughout. So this ultramafic intrusive structure basically carries copper, carries nickel, cobalt, and also platinum and palladium. So a fantastic suite of critical minerals. All these minerals, metals are on critical mineral lists around the world. For instance, platinum and palladium is on every list outside of Russia and South Africa—because they dominate platinum and palladium markets with their mines.

So to have the discovery of this in good jurisdiction is great news and we’ll continue to drill and we’ll follow up on this because there are some highly conductive anomalies that we’ve identified with geophysics that will now merit drilling, and one of them is very close to where we drilled our first hole into the Loki. So the significance is that it’s polymetallic. It has a suite of critical minerals. This entire Ultramafic intrusive structure, and we will now find where there are higher tenor, higher concentrations that could ultimately become economic mines. And the metals that we’re talking about are a suite of critical minerals that are found on almost every critical mineral list around the world. So a great start with the Loki zone.

WSA: Yeah, and so before that, on the 17th, you had put out the initial assays and you had some encouraging PG mineralization as well as the mineralized pyrozenite. Can you kind of walk through that? I know some of the other news you covered on the latest release, but just kind of those initial findings.
Christopher Berlet: Yeah, so that’s the bottom of the hole. And then we reported on, because those were the first assays we got and it was significant because we found the copper, we found nickel, cobalt, and platinum and palladium. And then we reported the upper part of the hole and the very bottom of the hole. That’s really what we did this week. And that mineralization carries on through the entire structure, 488 meters, meaning that this ultramafic intrusive is mineralized with this metal suite. That is the geological significance of that hole. It’s because it was basically throughout the entire… it’s almost half a kilometer intersection and there are areas that are semi-massive, so it concentrates more in certain areas—It has all of those metals in it. So that’s the significance that we did a press release when we first detected it, when we first got the assays in kind of the mid to bottom section of the hole, and then we confirmed when we received assays so that we had the entire hole, top to bottom.
The entire hole is mineralized, 488 meters, meaning that this entire geological structure is mineralized and carries this metal sweep. And we saw the platinum and palladium comes in association with the copper, nickel, and cobalt in the top part of the hole. So that was… that’s another significant thing. And what we have, we’ve done some geophysics now and reinterpreted geophysics that had already been done, and we can see a very large conductive anomaly, about a kilometer south of where we drilled, and that conductive anomaly is where we expect to see high concentrations of these metals.
And with sulfides. And so an active primary drill target that we’ll follow up on as quickly as possible. And that would be potentially an accumulation of these metals in higher grades and higher concentrations that can then form the potential for economic deposits. And so that’s in the immediate vicinity of where we drilled, and we know that this structure is 35 kilometers long and 2 to 4 kilometers wide. So there could certainly be more than one of these accumulations of this type of metals in this structure. So like I said, a great start to the season. It means that we’re going to pursue the potential for major discovery of these critical minerals in the center of the White Gold District.

At the same time now, this week they announced the permit for building the road. So through our claims, top to bottom, there’ll be a 20 kilometer road that comes all the way from Dawson and goes down to the Coffee Gold Mine, and that will provide very significant logistical advantages for the company in the years ahead. And so there’s a lot of stuff going on in the White Gold District. It’s a fantastic jurisdiction. It’s getting a lot of recognition in the market.
If you look at the companies around us, they’ve all repriced very meaningfully this year. And, the smart money in the mining sector is looking at it quite seriously. White gold, Talamore Mining and Western Copper and Gold. They’re all doing extremely well. They’ve got great mineralogy, great gold and copper deposits, and so it’s an active jurisdiction, and we’re right in the middle of it, because the staking happened in 2006, and so there’s a lot of value being being created here for shareholders, and I expect that to continue and to continue with what we’ve uncovered here, and we’re going to continue to work on it.
WSA: Right, and yeah, so the final release was you guys being added to the OTCQX best market? Can you talk about the significance of what that does to your liquidity and visibility, especially in the US?
Christopher Berlet: Yeah, US Capital markets are the deepest, most liquid in the world for both debt and equity. Equity, I think it’s in the range of 60% of global equity markets. So it’s a great opportunity for us to advocate a fantastic company, that we have potential for a real critical mineral discovery and then gold in the center of the white gold district. Having a QX listing provides us a platform to be able provide an investment instrument for U.S. based investors. And that’s the reason that we did it.
WSA: I’m sure we’ll be speaking next month with you as you continue to put out more news and results. Before we conclude today is there anything else that you know wanted to add?
Christopher Berlet: Yeah, we’re waiting for our gold results. We drilled four different gold zones in the north part of the property. We definitely already have potential for a very interesting critical mineral hosted metal structure in this ultramafic intrusive. There’s been a tremendous amount of in market value created for the companies around us in the white gold jurisdiction this year, and I think that we have the potential to emulate some of that performance going forward. So it’s the right time to be watching the company, I believe.
WSA: Yeah, well, we certainly look forward to continuing to track the company’s growth and report on that upcoming progress, so we’d like to thank you for taking the time to join us today, Christopher, and taking the time to update our investor audience. It’s always good having you on.
Christopher Berlet: Thank you, Juan. It’s a great pleasure to be here. Appreciate the opportunity.
